Wellness Programs.

The FEH BOCES Health Insurance Consortium participates in a range of wellness programs aimed at keeping you healthier while also saving money on health insurance costs.

Preventative Care

Wellframe Care Management
Personalize your health care and manage your health effectively outside of your doctor's office.

Wellframe gives you access to a care management team including nurses, dieticians and other health advocates who will help answer your questions and reach your health goals.

The app can also give you appointment reminders, checklists and educational materials about health issues that you want to work on.

Click here to learn more about Wellframe or to sign up.

Blue 365
This program offers deals and discounts on services and products that can keep you healthy. Click here to visit the Blue 365 info page and sign up.

24/7 Nurse Call Line
Members have access to nurses via a free phone call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The call line is meant to be for educational purposes, not to replace the advice of a medical professional.

To access the Nurse Call Line, call 1-800-348-9786 (TDD/TTY 1800-662-12220).
