You may notice that your first prescription of 2024 costs $25 more than you're used to.

That's because there's an annual deductible of $25 as part of Express Scripts coverage. It only happens at the beginning of the year, and you don't have to worry about it the rest of the calendar year.

Scammers have been using false emails that look like they are coming from Express Scripts, our presciption provider, to try to steal personal data. 

Members received an email from what looked like Express Scripts but the prescription amounts in the email did not match the prescriptions the member takes. 

The emails came from the following email addresses:

[email protected] 

If you received any suspicious emails, please do not click any links. Please let any spouses and dependants who use Express Scripts to be on the lookout for phishing attempts.
